Fred Adler
CEO & Founder
Fred Adler was raised in Youngstown, Ohio and is the proud father of two daughters, Chelsea, and Sarah, and has 2 young grandchildren. Fred has over 35 years of experience in the insurance and financial business and holds a series 65 license. Fred has served more than 7 years on the Board of Directors and as the Chairman of the Board for the Southern Arizona Better Business Bureau. He believes that open communication, integrity and good customer service are essential for successful business relationships. Fred has broken records in his industry and enjoys mentoring others in his company and his industry field. He has also had the honor to speak in front of Congress to help them better understand his industry.
Fred established his family business, Suncrest Wealth Management with the objective to help clients keep their retirement funds safe from loss, and to eliminate the confusion in planning their financial future. Suncrest Wealth helps over 900 families keep their funds safe from market loss and has over 200 million assets under management.
Suncrest Wealth Management and Fred Adler are very diligent in helping their customers achieve their long -term financial objectives by utilizing competitive, no fee insurance products. Fred believes everyone should have a financial professional with integrity and a commitment to help make their portfolio simpler and less complicated.
Fred is very proud to have been serving clients in the Tucson and Southern Arizona area for the past 35 years.
Mark Champion
Chief Financial Advisor
Mark is our Chief Financial Advisor, advising clients on their market-based accounts. He also holds financial seminars to educate clients on the financial industry and other important topics. Mark graduated from Wheaton College (IL) in 2018 with a degree in Business/Economics. He started his career at an asset management firm, WisdomTree, where he consulted financial advisors on how ETF could fit in their clients’ portfolios. He then moved on to well-known investment management firm Morningstar, where he continued to consult financial advisors across the country on investment decisions for their client’s portfolios. Eventually, he began working with us, primarily for the chance to work with family but also because this line of work is so focused on helping people.
Mark is generally a fun and upbeat guy. He grew up in Atlanta and is the oldest of three brothers. He previously lived in Chicago but moved here to Tucson to work with us. During his downtime, Mark loves to travel, stay active by playing golf or basketball, going to University of Arizona basketball games, and spending time with family and friends.
Mari Adler
Director of Operations
Mari Adler is Fred’s wife and the Director of Operations with Suncrest Wealth Management. She’s responsible for handling new business, IT, and daily operations. She enjoys working with computers and creating new, more efficient systems, and, in fact, designed our computer system. She has a B.S. degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, and worked in hospital laboratories for 25 years, specializing in clinical microbiology. When not working, her hobbies include golfing, pickleball, and painting. She has three adult children, some of whom live and work here in Tucson. Mari and Fred also have a dog, a 13-month-old Flat Coated Retriever named Stoli.

Diana Adler Gould
Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent
Diana Adler Gould is a licensed life and health insurance agent with Suncrest Wealth Management. She has a background in psychology and counseling, and so has plenty of experience helping other people and making a difference in their lives. She has a Bachelor’s Degree is Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling/Higher Ed. Prior to starting work in this industry, she worked at Youngstown State University in Ohio, holding a number of positions during her time there. She left work for several years in order to spend more time with her children, but when she returned to work, still wanted a job “in the helping profession” that entailed interacting with and assisting other people. Diana tries to tailor her recommendations to every individual clients’ situation.
Diana is friendly, approachable, sincere, genuine, loyal, and a hard worker. When not working, she loves to stay physically active; hiking, working out, running, et cetera. In addition to, of course, spending time with her family and friends. She’s married with two adult sons, both also in “helping” professions. One is a Probation Officer back in Ohio, and one served in the Marine Corps but has now joined us here at Suncrest Wealth Management.
Reid Gould
Licensed Life Insurance Agent
Reid is Diana’s son and a licensed life insurance agent here at Suncrest Wealth Management. Helping others is part of how he was raised, and also translates from his prior career. After leaving college, Reid served in the United States Marine Corps, reaching the rank of Sergeant. If you were to ask Reid, his work as a Sergeant Squad Leader in the Marine Corps translates into the work he does now for our fim. Taking others in, teaching them, and treating them like family is the most rewarding feeling there is for him.
Reid is direct, honest, and takes a realistic and practical approach to his work. He’s always trying to continue his education when it comes to the financial services industry, but when he’s not helping clients with us or doing that, he spends his spare time working out, enjoying golfing and other sports, or spending time with his friends and family.
Sarah Adler
Insurance Producer
Sarah Adler is Fred’s daughter and holds the title of an Insurance Producer. She absolutely loves Suncrest’s clients and our team. Prior to working in the financial services industry, she previously held jobs in the hospitality, retail, and customer service industries. Sarah is very goal-driven, outgoing, and fun, yet serious and focused. Sarah has been eager to contribute to the family business since she was a child. During her downtime, she spends time with her son, Wayde, and enjoys walking around Tucson. She was born and raised here and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. She also has pets: Cyka, a 7-year-old French bulldog, and Kevin, a year-old Australian shepherd English bulldog mix.
Anna Jabczenski
Life Insurance Professional
Anna is a life insurance professional with Suncrest Wealth Management. She enjoys talking to and working with others, which applies to both communicating with her coworkers and new clients. She cares deeply about helping others when she has the chance to. Anna is kind, hardworking, assertive, and always ready to help, with a positive outlook. In her downtime, she enjoys hiking and, of course, looking after her kids. She grew up in Tucson and currently resides in Marana with her significant other and 3 children.
Holly Ball
Director of Seminars & Client Events
Holly is the Director of Seminars and Client Events with Suncrest Wealth Management. Her day-to-day responsibilities include seminar and event planning, including registrations and confirmations of attendees for our events. Additionally, part of her job is attending events and completing set-up and take-down, and scheduling appointments. In addition, she also helps to manage our calendar and data entry for Fred and Diana. She’s definitely a “people person” and so enjoys meeting with and talking to all different types of people. Prior to beginning work with us here at Suncrest, she had a long-standing career in retail, working in different positions ranging from merchandising to management. She decided to change careers after spending so many years in this field, but she learned a lot about effectively communicating with clients and developed great customer service skills thanks to those jobs.
Holly is a kind, caring person, who always does whatever she can to look out for others and help them feel welcome. When not working, she enjoys spending time at home perfecting her coffee recipes or going for walks. She grew up in Sierra Vista, Arizona but moved here to Tucson about 10 years ago. She’s married and has two stepkids.
